We gather to worship at 10:30 am on Sundays. We sing both traditional hymns and praise songs. We observe the Lord's Supper each week and any Christian is welcome at the Lord's Table.
Our church year begins 4 weeks before Christmas withAdvent. We decorate the worship space for Advent and Christmas on the first Sunday of Advent. The second Sunday in December we present a Christmas Musical with children and youth.
On the shortest day of the year, we have an evening worship service known as "Blue Christmas." The focus of this is dealing with loss and disappointment during the holidays.
We celebrate Jesus' birth on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th, with a brief, child-friendly service at 7:00 pm and a candlelight communion service at 10:00 pm.
Another season of preparation,  Lent, lasts for 40 days (not counting Sundays) before Easter. We approach this with an intergenerational "Mardi Gras" followed by a time of repentance and imposition of ashes.
The week just before Easter begins with Palm/Passion Sunday when we remember how Jesus entered Jerusalem, was rejected and suffered there. The Thursday we celebrate the anniversary of Jesus' last meal with his disciples.
Easter Sunday begins with an informal early service, 7:00 am. The youth host a pancake breakfast. Before the 10:30 worship time we bring flowers to decorate a cross.
Fifty days after Easter we celebrate the anniversary calledPentecost. In this we remember the birthday of the church and the gifts given by the Holy Spirit. Everyone is encourage to wear red or other fire colors on this day.
In the summertime we "push the envelope" with some non-traditional worship experiences.
